How do Jetski Lifting Slings work?

Jetski lifting slings are used to safely lift, launch and recover a personal watercraft from a yacht crane, davit, tender garage or marine lifting setup.

The system uses a model-specific lifting sling and permanently fitted stainless steel attachment brackets on the jetski. When the jetski needs to be launched or recovered, the sling fittings connect into the brackets, the sling legs rise to a single crane hook connection point, and the jetski can be lifted in a controlled and balanced way.

Practical Use Onboard

After use, the sling can be removed and stored, while the attachment brackets remain fitted to the jetski ready for the next launch.

Important Note

The correct sling must be selected for the jetski make, model, year and onboard lifting arrangement. Lifting equipment should be installed, inspected and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and onboard safety procedures.

They are rated with a certified Safe Working Load suitable for modern jetski models, including heavier models such as Seadoo RXT-X and FishPro.

Which jetski models are compatible?

The lifting slings are tailored for leading Seadoo and Yamaha PWC models.

Seadoo: compatible with 2014+ GTX, GTI, GTR, RXT, RXP, Wake Pro, Explorer Pro, Fish Pro and Spark models.

Yamaha Waverunner: suitable for 2014+ EX, VX, FX, GP series, Jetblaster and Superjet models.

Can the lift height be adjusted?

Yes. The kits include adjustable length straps, allowing a custom lift height to suit a wide range of jetski models and onboard lifting setups.

Can the kit be fitted by crew?

Full instructions are provided so the kit can be fitted by a member of crew. Alternatively, a technician can fit the slings onboard.

Once fitted, the slings need to be proof loaded to 110% of the SWL.

How quickly can the slings be dispatched?

Dispatch is usually aimed within 1–3 working days from receipt of payment.

Delivery times depend on the shipping address and selected shipping option, such as Express or Economy.
