Please Note: This is a guide, diameter etc may need to be adjusted to cater for caulking etc.
Measure out the location of the Chock deck fittings; these should be located 1000mm apart (L) x 400mm (W) - centre hole to centre hole.

Try to avoid lining mounts with caulking lines.
Mark the 3 x holes onto the deck using the deck plate as your guide.
Use a 3mm drill bit to drill bit to drill the 4 holes through the full thickness of the deck.
Use a 68mm hole saw to cut a hole 5mm into the deck
Use a router to remove the counter sink to an even depth of 5mm
Use a hole saw to cut a hole right through the deck in the centre of the counter sink.
Add a layer of mastic around the edge of the counter sink (avoiding the screw holes)
Insert the black plastic fixing into the hole lining up the pilot holes with the screw holes on the top face of the fixing.
Insert the plastic split bush into the fixing
Place the stainless steel deck plate onto the deck fitting
Align the screw holes before the fit the stainless fitting into the deck
Squeeze a little mastic into each screw hole as sealant
Fix into place using the screws provided in the kit.
Repeat the steps above for each of the 4 fixings.
Chock deck fittings (centre hole centre to hole centre) should be located 1000mm apart (length)
Repeat the steps above for each of the 4 fixings.
Chock deck fittings should be located 1000mm apart (L) x 400mm (W) - centre hole to centre hole.
Once the mastic has dried the chocks can be push fitted and pull removed.
Measure out the location of the Chock deck fittings; these should be located 1000mm apart (L) x 400mm (W) - centre hole to centre hole.

Mark the deck fitting holes with a pencil onto your deck. Ensure the deck fittings do not align with any caulking lines.
Using a 3mm drill bit, drill pilot holes through the full thickness of the deck
Using a 32mm hole saw, drill through the centre hole 'B' through the full thickness of the deck.
Ensure the work area on the deck is clean from debris and dust.
Apply a small amount of sealant in between screw holes.
Insert low profile deck fitting, ensuring screw holes are aligned with the pilot holes.
Insert the plastic split bush into the low profile deck fitting and push in.
Place the stainless steel deck plate on top of the low profile deck fitting, ensure the screw holes are aligned.
Squeeze a little mastik into each of the screw holes as sealant.
Fix into place using the screws provided
Repeat the steps above for each of the fixings.
Chock deck fittings should be located 1000mm apart (L) x 400mm (W) - centre hole to centre hole.
Align the pins of your chocks into the holes and push your chocks into the fixings; repeat for the second chock.
If you need to remove the chocks simply pull firmly upwards.
